I went to Htea0 early this morning and the lady in the intercom seemed like she was not happy to be working. I understand it was early in the morning. But I could barely hear her in the intercom and when I had her repeat what she said, she seemed really annoyed. I’ve already finished putting my order in and there was a long pause and that’s when she said you could pull around. She slammed open the window and just looked at me and didn’t even tell me the total. She definitely seemed like she was having a bad morning. I understand that it was early in the morning, but she had no smile. She didn’t say good morning or seem like she even cared at all. Definitely had the worst customer service.My daughter and I absolutely love Htea0. We will always come and get y’all’s delicious iced coffee and chia sweet tea. I just wish the staff was a bit friendlier and welcoming.

I used the drive thru. Order was ready on pick up. Google directions sucked, but otherwise it was good.

Always awesome! I love the tea! The employees working are always so nice, and respectful! Would recommend!

On this day, it being a beautiful Saturday, we stopped in for a tea, at HTeaO I was amazed at the board of all the different things that they offer to drink. So of course😅. I had to order a lemon lavender ice matcha. It needed to be mixed just a little bit more, but it was delicious. Also, between two and four today, you can buy one tea and get one free. Buy local and help out the community by staying local. Thanks Melissa

The store itself is great and I definitely like going inside rather than the drive through. The only but very important part I did not like was the customer service. There was none😐 Takes the fun out of going or staying longer to look at the merch and/or snacks.
